>>I don't agree with you Ray on thinking that Claude is working or representing any one company, he is stating his opinion on what was known when the ABX offer was first made.<<

Actually this was not a statement of belief as much as it was a question. Rereading my post would show that I was not accusing Claude of working for ABX but raising the possibility because of the tenor of his posts. Behind the curtain of Cyberspace we cannot see with our eyes so we must try to perceive with our intilects. Knowing ones agenda and interest helps to weigh the motives of ones comments.

I have no quibble with a contrarian view as long as I am certain it is not rooted in a larger interest. In fact I would go further to say I appreciate a contrarian view especially when it is not rooted in any larger interest. Not one of us has all the answers and as someone once said "if you think you have all the answers you just haven't heard all the questions". We all have our blind spots or perhaps unwittingly wear blinkers. Such a dialog helps us to be clearer thinking. If Claude is that person with the contrarian view and with no undisclosed agenda but to provide balance to us bullish shareholders, let me be first to say thanks for being there Claude! At the moment the market seems to favor his sentiments. Truth is I find the market oh so fickle! Tomorrow it may favor mine! We will see. Thanks for your thoughts and keep talking Frank and Claude.

>>As in real estate Ray, you have to act on behalf of your client, even if it appears you are trying to rip off the other party??<<

I have said a few times now I don't blame ABX for trying to do what they are doing. Being as I am an ARP shareholder, I just don't like it being done to ME. Hence I shall continue to scream STEALING! Forgive me won't you!! Either they pay for the potential ARP has or they just buy ARP with the Valadero project and leave the rest to us to further explore. I will sell Valadero for $10.00/share. Unless ABX can convince 50.1% of ARP shareholders that $5.00 is fair for Valadero and all the potential of the El Indio gold belt they will have to offer more or they don't get it. Just to think they could have had it for $6.75/share. Too close!
