FT, Thanks, Coby has looked at his program. I looked at his web site and that's not a diet I can follow. Basically if it never had a heart I don't eat it. My EKG showed no damage and my arteries are fairly clean. It has something to do with nerves causing spasms in my arteries. Had a big one yesterday, popped in a nitro and passed out for a couple of minutes until the nitro kicked in. My BP has always been 120/80, steady as rain until now, but it really took a jump. I've been up 8 hours today and not a twinge yet so who knows. My father carried nitro for 20 years and then never was bothered for the last 25 years of his life. My wife had a BP of 83/49 yesterday, she had been working on a hard project so it was up about 10 points both top and bottom from usual. That's almost too low and I think that's why she gets cold easily. Bill
