PCNTF IPO 50s- Other Foreign ISPs EWEB and TPARY If PCNTF rockets as expected the market may turn its attention to other foreign ISPS. If it does foreign ISPs include Ozemail OZEMY 21-already mated with MCI/WCOM, Globix GBIX 31, which is opening a branch in London. There are however a few small cap names that may also fit the bill, notably Hungarian ISP EuroWeb International EWEB and Scandinavian Telepartner S/A TPARY. It will initially offer competitively priced high-quality telecommunications services to the Hungarian business community and AT&T-Unisource Communications Services' international customers with operations in Hungary. The provision of telephone services to residential users in Hungary is covered by a monopoly until 2002. PanTel has obtained the right to provide domestic long-distance and international services after that monopoly is lifted.
