PCNTF IPO 50s- Other Foreign ISPs EWEB and TPARY

If PCNTF rockets as expected the market may turn its attention to other foreign ISPS. If it does foreign ISPs include Ozemail OZEMY 21-already mated with
MCI/WCOM, Globix GBIX 31, which is opening a branch in London.

There are however a few small cap names that may also fit the bill, notably Hungarian ISP EuroWeb International EWEB and Scandinavian Telepartner S/A
TPARY.

EWEB euroweb.hu is an ISP based in Hungary offering internet connection, web design and metering services to primarily businesses in that part
of the world euroweb.hu . EWEB recently sold a large stake in the company to PanTel ,a conglomerate of Euro telecom
companies including Telia of Sweden, PTT Telecom of the Netherlands and Swisscom-

"With investments of $250 million, PanTel plans to operate a backbone fiber optic network and intends to become an alternative operator operating independently its
own nationwide network. It will initially offer competitively priced high-quality telecommunications services to the Hungarian business community and
AT&T-Unisource Communications Services' international customers with operations in Hungary. The provision of telephone services to residential users in Hungary
is covered by a monopoly until 2002. PanTel has obtained the right to provide domestic long-distance and international services after that monopoly is lifted. "

TPARY- mentioned in this space last month, has internet partnerships with MCI/WCOM and Compaq among others.

TPARY partnered with MCI/Worldcom to offer a broad range of telephony, Internet and related services in Denmark, Norway and Sweden in close cooperation
with MCI WorldCom and its Internet subsidiary UUnet. The new agreement gives TPARY subsidiary Primaerdata A/S the opportunity to offer the Norwegian
business community access to one of the largest Internet backbones with more than 1,000 locations worldwide, which was not previously available to Norwegian
business.http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/981210/telepartne_2.html

TPARY's ITCOM subsidiary has quietly opened an internet mall 909.dk and a European search engine Webguiden webguiden.dk in
conjunction with and co-branded by Compaq CPQ -

"Telepartner A/S (Nasdaq:TPARY -, one of the first independent Scandinavian telecommunications companies, Tuesday announced that its recently acquired,
wholly owned subsidiary ITCOM, has launched an Internet Shopping Service, www.909shop.dk in conjunction with Compaq computer Birkerod Denmark
''Compaq.'' In terms of traffic, we are consistently one of the top 5 sites in Denmark with over 1 million page impressions per week on our www.909.dk service,''
said Jesper Toft, COO of ITCOM. ''The launch of '909shop' is the first of a planned series of enhancements to our service with the goal of becoming a major
e-commerce shopping site for the Danish customer. The '909shop' will be marketed strongly in the current quarter in Denmark, and in the rest of Scandinavia in the
coming year.''

Finally just this week TPARY announced a 3 year deal to provide internet services for Scandinavia Online (SOL), one of the largest Internet content providers in
Denmark, Norway and Sweden.- "According to Bertel E. Jensen, Telepartner CFO, in the future Telepartner's www.909.dk Internet services will also be accessible
through SOL's Web site.Telepartner's e-mail service, www.909mail.dk, will also be accessible through SOL and will be known as Solmail. Jensen noted that the
joint venture with this new partner represents another step in Telepartner's focus on Internet-related services. ''It is another building block in Telepartner's expansion
of our Internet service business, which now encompasses Internet access, Internet inquiry, Internet search engine, e-mail and e-commerce inScandinavia,'' Jensen
stated. biz.yahoo.com

HandsOn, SE is not a long term trade but one based on the CEO coming on CNBC in the next 2 hours. SE beat estimates by 1 ct. IMHO sell off overblown. Look for a nice move up maybe as high as 34-35 were support level has been in the past.

When the CEO does come on I am selling. I am in at 29 7/8.
