Online trading troubles? Me too! Here's the 'answer' I recently received....... <<< The problems you are describing are universal to many customers here at NDB over the last few weeks or so. We have had periods of the webstation becoming unavailable to all customers during the time frame you mentioned. We are aware of some of the shortcomings of our present site. It is for this reason that we are in the final stages of development of our new website. The back-end system is designed by Netscape. This will address the speed and scalability issues that you mentioned. In addition, we are significantly increasing the "time-out" -time. This will significantly, if not totally, reduce the instances in which you are logged out automatically. We have also added research that we feel will assist in your investment decisions. Overall, the site is more robust, faster and more stable than our present site. We hope to launch the new site at the end of March. We will soon have a link on our site to request beta testers. If you are ever unhappy with the service that you received, we will rebate the commission on your trade. Kindly inform us within 7 days and we'll be able to accommodate you. I hope this will convince you to remain with NDB. We feel that once the new site is launched, we will be providing the greatest amount of value in the discount brokerage industry.
