interesting huh?
i called the transfer agent at the beginning of the week and they said they did not have the appropriate certificates, but were expecting them, so keep our fingers crossed (and whatever else you guys do) that this can get done. most of the volume was before the press release was out.
i hope their idea of getting on the national market doesn't involve a reverse. the requirements are quite high to get listed, anybody know the earnings, share price, etc. standards?

I don't mean to beat this into the ground, but the entire press release is just a re-hash of past press releases save for a new management team. In 2 years I've seen the price go from 0.72 with roughly 15 million shares to said .07 to .08 with 168 million(probably a lot more now with Pace involved). The spin-off has been going on since the merger was signed almost 14 months ago. They are selling more shares according to consolidatedcap.com and IMO it could be another 14 months before The Union Group even begins to register the shares.

Here is my own personal vision for CBNR.

1)A couple of so-so press releases are issued.
2)PPP issues 200,000,000 shares for future growth plans
3)Share price drops to .001 a share (don't laugh, it did it before)
4)Pace announces it letter of intent to merge with Plastic Pallet Productions and will spin-off shares to a new company
5)A long time passes
6)Pace does a 1 for 10,000 reverse split
7)PPP does a 1 for 10,000 reverse split
8)The Union Group purchaces Pace and PPP for 2 shares each of common stock.... and does a 1 for 2 reverse split
