Panic selloff? Not quite that extreme, but one does get the sense that folks are looking around and saying...."wow, look how far my DELL, CSCO, INTC, all the usual suspects, have come, better take some profit here." I think it's just your garden variety pull back on stocks that have had a stellar run-up.

nah, just profit taking IMO. But having said that, if you compare the growth curves of the NAS (and especially the small and mid caps) with the DOW over the past 18 months, the NAS has quite some catching up to do.
