Daniel, the problem with "values clarification" as I understand it is that it is practically designed to make kids think that their point of view, or their parents point of view, is arbitrary. In any case, parents still have rights in the situation, and official institutions should not set child against parent. Remember, I want RvW overturned so that states can debate these matters. You are right, the RvW regime permits restrictions past the first trimester, and some states make them, plus most abortion providers dislike third term procedures, either because of their own moral objection, or because they are afraid of pro-life radicals. But all such abominations should cease, with only one possible exception, which is a threat to the life of the mother.
