CNBC just reported ETrade had problems again today (We all know that!) Said Etrade said SOME of their customers could not access for SOME amount of time, would not give more details. Said problem is now fixed. NY State attorney general looking into online brokers, and others are filing class action suits. GOOD! They need to be held accountable to deliver what they say they are going to deliver.
