TraderXx...

>>From a technical charting point of view it looks like you're right...I would look to re-enter around the 10 area.. <<

I am not a TA follower but I really have a lot of respect for many of the calls they seem to be able to divine from looking at charts.

What I would like to know from a fundamental basis what would keep OMPT up at all on a long term basis.

Except for a buyout, which is always possible, I feel they are in somewhat of a box. Their technology as I understand it as I am not a techie, seems to be not the technology that is winning in the US. It is winning in Europe. I thus conclude that with AT&T doing a nationwide blanket bombing with One Rate, other big time companies competing in the wireless area (which most always lead to price wars and margin loss) and with the apparent hope of a buyout fading, what would make OMPT a long term winner?

In addition to that, they have negative book value, cash of approx. 150M and losses last yr. of over $500M, just seems to me that they are a long way from even breaking into the plus earnings column.

The only good thing that I can see for longs is the very high number of short sales outstanding. Almost 50% of the float! That is my biggest worry over the short term and a lesser worry but nonetheless there of a buyout.

I am short (at 8 so I am really underwater but a heck of a lot better than I was when it 17!

Comments from the long side would be appreciated as I always love to hear the "Rest of the Story."

Good Luck to all and Regards
