Terry, also "dogs of dow", MUT. Doing well today.

Definite sector rotation.

Try XLB. up about 3% yesterday and 2% today. Holds 20% Dupont, lots of Dow, MTC & IP and some AA. Good luck.

Terry; Yes there is, but keep in mind it's not all rotation,
just enough to give the illusion. The ones going up are in
general smaller in size, and when small caps benefit at the
expense of the big ones the market loses it "liquidity"
if there is to be a broadening of the market and a less top
heavy market, it comes at the lows, not at the tops.
It takes a melt down to change the nature of the market,
this sort of rotation don't do it.
Even after the July Aug sell off, the previous runners came
right back, it didn't go low enough to create a new way
of operating.
I predicated a rally in Small caps before a real melt down,
well we have had that. This next low may not show as
low as the last, but that's because it won't reflect the
lower dollar, the reality of the indexes with out an overlay
of a dollar index just isn't there.
The news pundits don't see past the end of their noses, or
don't want the public to.
