I just bought this one on rumor. A broker friend has a doctor client who bought 10M on rumor they will be taken out @ around 10.
I believe the rumor has been out there for awhile. If you go to the NPRO thread there is alot of useful info that was pulled from Yahoo.

Hey Rande,Check out LOEH.

Abnormal price movement the last few days and greater than normal volume... does it mean something? I bought 7000 shares today. I think LOEH is going to take off. Loehmanns if a well known discount retailer and with some news of e-commerce, this can zoom up to 7 and even 10. The upside potential negates any downside risk. What do you think????
