To all: I'm looking into DLJ Direct. Has anyone have any opinions about DLJ? I've had ETrade for a couple of years now, but lately there has been a noticable dropoff in service and quality. I can't rely on them for timely confirmations anymore either. FYI, my brother has Ameritrade, and they suck worse than Etrade. I also have Fidelity, and they are mediocre(besides screwing up my application no less than 4 times while setting up the account, and withholding all my capital gains without my permission). Fidelity is also very very very expensive on transaction costs. Any other suggestions?
