We do not know. However, an analysis of the channel 10-K's might shed some light on the channel inventory levels.

20 cents was a swag that assumed some improvement in their product margin and operating cost structure. Nothing said on this thread shed any light on how they could achieve an improved operating cost in a single quarter.

Actually, they held their operating costs more or less constant and jacked the revenue up. Product margin improvements were in line with expectations.

I do not invest in CPQ because it is unpredictable. However, I follow it because it is a big player and its behavior is important.
