Summarizing a press release can hardly be called spreading negative rumors. I find it most odd that they would not mention an additional $10,000,000 that is part of the deal. Maybe they just "forgot" to put that fact in writing. Besides, when is an audit necessary to determine the value of a company's receivables? Only when there is some doubt to their actual value. Can you provide a replay number for the conference call? I would like more details because I am interested in TNCX. But I have learned to be very cautious when these tiny companies start doing "deals".
