I agree, I too, am baffled that this stock continues to sneak down. Bought more today at 14 cents.

I tried to order a Jaguar mask on their site the other day, unsuccessfully.

I am building a web page for my businesses and interests at this time. (I am not a professional web page author) It has been going together well; spending only a couple hours a day on it. It will be fully operational in a couple days with a little extra time invested. For the life of me, I cannot understand why Madera's page is taking sooooo long!

My only thought is that they are holding back until they have a sufficient inventory of merchandise.

Perhaps...Do you think there are any potential buyers for the property? It's a sizeable chunk of change.

Proletoriat

I think talking to new comers about the land and it's value and in a manner that looks like they have almost got a deal is a big mistake IMHO. They might go out and purchase this stock and the possibilities remain that they might not sell this land right away and they will discouraged and sell their stock. This is what keeps the lid on the stock and prevents it from going back up. Don't get me wrong I would love to see them sell tomorrow, but things like this just don't happen that sudden unless they had some deal pending already. I am not looking for an argument with anybody, just stating my opinion which you may not agree with and that's okay.
