Management's public goal is build the company's earnings to approximately 60 cents a share and then to be acquired.

The Ed Tech industry is becoming reknowned for its hunger for acquisitions. As in most technology industries, it is almost always easier to buy a technology or increased market share than to build it yourself -- making Heartsoft a great candidate.

As our progress is accelerating with new opportunities and increased market share, acquisition at some point around 3-4 years out is very realistic.
