Michael, You are right

1. Mot and Alcatel
2. ERCY and QCOM
3. Nortel and Seimans

Lucent and (maybe one of the three above)

Michael, what has also crossed my mind is that ERCY does not do a deal with qcom and decides to slug it out. I had some experience watching some big companies go up against qcom's OmniTRACS (which ultimately blew everyone away and now throws off about $100 mil in cash per year for the Q). Back to my point, these big companies had such thick blinders, backed by people with a history of career threatening, internal, strategic statements and just plain "we can't be wrong" beliefs which resulted in them riding the business all the way down. I hope this doesn't happen with ERCY and QCOM, I'd prefer to get a deal on infrastructure which should significantly improve the bottom line and more importantly give the analysts a big dose of confidence in the Q. thanks. web
