I think you intended tp type SRU and your 15 minute window is gone. Yes Cima has posted this a few times - I check every halt on every exchange - I simply check the recent trading - 60% of the time it is a nothing halt - a cease trade or something. another 20% are meaningful NRs but do not affect the price and then the other 20% are good or bad news. Those numbers are just rough ones I took off the top of my head. I think the NR is something else
