If approved by the SEC and the Court, GEI will be dismissed from the action entitled, SEC v. Golden Eagle International, Inc., et al. pending in the United States District Court for Colorado. " IF is a big word. If they are enjoined not to say there are more ounces than can be proven or even reasonably indicated, then caveat emptor. And understand that people who are allowed publicly to promote this stock on forums such as this one may come under scrutiny, properly, of the courts and their roles with the company may be investigated. Courts orders may extend and have extended in the past to individuals who may be named as promoters or insiders of a stock and their participation in these types forums may be contrained by subsequent court action. I warned this forum that their report was substandard and I was scorned. The consent decree is not binding on any court and that action may and probably will proceed independently. As more revelations unfold about the ill advised practices of this company I can only say that I do not expect plaudits from its purported believers still. But I would further say that it would be ingenuous indeed to believe that my role is one of a pure adversary. I do not wish upon any one of the participants, except as I may find them acting with calumny, any ill will or losses in investment. EC<:-}
