The last FOUR CONSECUTIVE MUTUAL FUND TRADES which I've made with ETrash over the past 2 months, they have screwed-up!!

Here is the list:

1) Placed an exchange request: JAVLX for JAOLX back in December. Etrash said the trade did not execute; said they had no record of the trade.

2) Placed a buy order for $150,000 of JAMRX in January. Instead, they purchased on my behalf ON THE SAME DAY, $15,000 AND $150,000; they duplicated the order AND someone screwed-up the decimal point on the incorrect purchase.

3) Placed an order to SELL $100,000 of JAMRX on Tuesday. Got an error saying "Your order for fund JAMRX was rejected for the following reason: Insufficient funds"

4) Tried immediately canceling a sell order today 5 minutes before the closing bell, and got the following message "This order is being processed and can no longer be canceled". I have cancelled orders like this in the past before the bell and never got this message. Not this time.

To have 4 CONSECUTIVE ERRORS LIKE THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!
