Maybe those behind running up the NPCT shareprice have come to the conclusion that mathematically there is more leverage in running up a 5 cent stock than there is in a 75 cent stock. As that rocket scientist on TV (Homer Simpson) would say..."Duoooi". Mental geniuses, huh!

At least if the SEC gets more than one complaint out of this multiple year nightmare it'll look better if INCE and NPCT aren't completed disconnected.
