i did NOT short PAIR - i am holding a small position BUT BUT BUT I am nervous that technology deals may be delayed or canned or "re visited" especially if a deal involves stock since 1) volatility means buyer not sure of exact share rate to offer 2) seller wants to make sure if they make the deal it's good for them and if buyer's stock drops, the sellers don;t get as much as they thgt Again, I am long, but concerned, and the longer any potential deal drags on, the more factors that can come into play to screw it up
