A difficult one at best. It would be easy for Intel to show that its Celerons were priced above average variable cost because the variable costs in chip production (wafer, packaging, etc.) are small compared to the fixed (fabs, R&D, etc.). In any case, I haven't heard of either company suing Intel for antitrust violations yet.
