I have no problem realizing the value of Microsoft, but search engines and on line business entities is no Microsoft.

You are quite right, search engines and online business entities such as AOL are no Microsoft, they have much greater potential than Microsoft. That's why Yahoo and AOL trade as high as they do!

I think the internet/intranet will be explosive (look how cheap computers are) and it is going to rock our world. One thing that will bring it crashing down will be silly government regulations, control and taxes. (please vote for friendly internet politicians or else kiss your sweet gains goodbye)
