Good thoughts and good advice. Glad you paid and joined us. I think most BRKB holders are long-termers, we just like to whinge a bit now and then when the volatility is especially high. This is supposed to be a relatively safe value play so 10% swings are unsettling.

but do we know what BRK has bought with the major correction(s) of August, September and October ?? They might have bought a bunch of stuff we don't even know about....... not entire companies, but lots of shares of stock(s).
