Thats the problem.

They are more concerned about adding new customers and securing trades than they are about servicing their existing accounts.

For the record, I am switching to Datek.

CNBC, E-trade had them to announce that they did 50% more trades in January. That is alot more revenues.

No, that is just more spin control. Funny, they take on business faster than they can handle it, then when it causes problems they brag about it.

Controlled growth would be better for all concerned long-term, but I guess management and Softbank aren't a patient bunch. Harder to hype controlled growth.
