Dont forget too that at $1 the preferred can be converted at, if I recall, 4 to 1. So that adds millions more shares to the dilution. Although even I, as a monkey, understand that some dilution is necessary to fund things, this is getting ridddiiiculous. When I first bought some bananas, there were less than 10 million shares total in MDIN, and now, fully diluted, we are at approx 86 million.
