Jon, Your numbers line up exactly with mine. I believe BANY stock is saying that $12.00 per share is what Anything Internet is worth......at this point. Very important....."at this point".......There may be additional developments ahead.......and of course a discount for the uncertainty of filing problems and an unknown trading date. Also.....I believe there is a major factor....technical in nature, that will begin to show up as we get closer to trading.....that being..... of the 200k of dividend shares (only shares out there).....160k are firmly in the hands of insiders and very large block investors who are not inclined to sell.....knowing the business plan. This leaves a very small amount of stock that will be available.....and I mean a very small amount.......Maybe 50k......that's it. And it gets even more interesting...... There may also be a 10,000 share short position in AI stock. I believe that the 2 weeks of heavy selling where the stock did not drop even a penny....was the short covering of the 450k of stock that was cancelled. If they were covering 450k in the last two weeks....that means they must also cover 10k of Anything Internet. (these guys are really screwed....IMO) So anyhow......I think there are many "factors" that have yet to be worked into the valuation of AI......Most, if not all, leading to higher valuation come trading time.....Just my opinion. bg ps.
