From what I gathered it seemed on the up and up to me. I have not been able to look up a SEC yearly report on ISSM but I would imagin that there was some sort of convertable debt. Some times A RS is needed to get all the debt into the share count. I'm not sure how this works but I think this is why we have twice as many more shars then a Reverse . This will leave us with a Debt free public company. Now all we need is news about product sales.

Good luck Charlie, I am glad Brian was able to calm all your fears. I myself have seen many a reverse split over the years and a general rule of thumb only 3 out of 100 benefit from it. I sure hope you've bought into one of those 3. I will wait it out a bit more as I have other irons in the fire at the time anyway. Not that I don't gamble I just don't have time to further research and watch this like I want to on a issue as risky as this one. I wish you luck though.

Happy Trading
