Anybody figure out what's going on here...

13G filed by UTEK...

In the June 98 proxy, it seems he owned 1,740,719 shares.

The 13G says:

1 NAME OF REPORTING PERSONS
S.S. OR I.R.S. IDENTIFICATION NOS. OF ABOVE PERSONS
ARTHUR W. ZAFIROPOULO

Surely he wouldn't have to file because he picked up less than 1500 shares?????

Curious...

Ian.

OT, Re: VDAT

"For the fiscal year ended 9/30/98, revenues totaled $1.9 million, up from $193 thousand. Net loss decreased 4% to $3.4 million."

Revenues were a little more than one half of the net loss. It looks like they have quite a way to go before the profits start rolling in.

Re: "I am a holder of UTEK (and ex-employee) ..."

As an ex-employee, perhaps you could give us some insight into UTEK's current plight???

Best wishes,
