Hey SR,

I averaged down a bit on FTEL, so I am not too bad off -- I will hold and wait at this point.

USAT is an interesting part of the Citron fiasco. They seem to be the only company on the list trying to defend themselves.

I still have my IDTC, but am about ready to take a profit on it and maybe buy back in later.

I also still like CTT. Have you found anything else about them? They have licenced one of Nick's patents, do they have more? I need to look for Who's Who on the web.

I don't think that many people realize how significant Nick Holonyak's name is when associated with CTT. He is a pioneer in the optoelectronics industry and has some really interesting recent patents on AlGaAs oxidation techniques where he has demonstrated GaAs-based MOS-transistors. This could turn the tide back to GaAs devices -- SiGe is slowly replacing them right now -- see the recent IBM news releases on their SiGe fab.
