I just spent waaaay to much time scanning the SEC filings on IMON, and propose adding their name to this thread. Its a classic setup in the finest tradition of early investor enrichment, full of favorable options and warrants, capped with not one, but TWO 3:1 reverse splits. Tons of recent insider filings. As Briefing.com pointed out last week, venture capitalists put fair value on this company as high as $0.25. The Company has 37,073,021 shares of common stock outstanding and closed trading today above 7.00 giving them a market cap in excess of $250,000,000. Sales projections are 1.5 mil for the year. What am I missing here ?
