Debbie,
You are right.Picking up a shell with such a large O/S share float at pennies is not attractive to any potential financier or investor.Just think of how excited we become when we hear good news is coming on a company with a small float and watch how those shares tend to trade if the news truly is good.

Then look at the number of companies out there that are just that,shells.Brian did not say this but it is my opinion that this is an excellent move based on product and with the potential Datapower has down the road.The reverse share merge to acquire the shell is a good move.I also think a name change would be even better and if they do a reverse split of 5 for 1 all the better.Then the stock will reflect true value.

I think as this unfolds with the news we will see that this will become a better deal for the OLD ISSM shareholders.Good luck all.
