GREAT NEWS! Finally, it looks like we can do something about the continual service outages at Datek, for which they refuse to take responsibility. If you live in New York state, please contact New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer, who has launched an investigation into this type of problem at all online brokers. Could someone please post contact information? No matter where you live, you may be interested in contacting Millberg & Weiss.
