Well, I think it may be closer to 52 million shares... oops. I got my info from the SEC filings. The last time I checked, there were 117,000,000 fully diluted shares outstanding. 117-65 million is 52 million. Please understand that my definition of "SOON" is

after I buy the stock and before I plan to sell the stock.

It's an unverifiable statement. Walter is famous for those. Check his past posts. Mr. Putnam told me that there are no plans to issue more shares.
