Kevin,
I agree with your commentary regarding Due Diligence. The story is still unfolding here.I like David perhaps got a little exhuberant when we came across this along with the Beta testing of the web site and the news release that we saw.I apologize if I came across as hyping.I and I am sure David, thought we had the inside scoop on something tremendous. Now we are learning more and more of this deal.

This is how I see it and I should point out this is my opinion and mine alone based on my DD so far.

1)ISSM(old) is a shell.
2) Datapower is a company with products and distributorship rights to products.
3) Datapower wants a company and the shell presents an oppurtunity.
4) A reverse share merger is done to acquire the shell allowing datapower entry to the OTC BB.
5) The former principals will own shares in the new ISSM but control will go to Mr Harris et al.
6) ISSM will do a 5 for one or 10 for one reverse split(More than likely a 5 for one in effect reducing the O/S shares and reducing the publicly traded float.
7) A financing will be possible with a more controlled and smaller share issue and will probably be done either prior to the announcement of a deal or further acquisition or affiliation.(Remember the web page is designed to sell on-line and it may be trying to capitalize on e-commerce)

8)With a smaller publicly trading float the shares will rise if the news is worthy and from hearing of the success Brian Harris ad Company had in the early days with Ticketmaster I am sure it will happen.

I agree that a reverse split is not necessarily good especially if the principals are buying the shell for a pump and dump but I do not think that is the case here at all.Quite the contrary.

Therefore, here is what old ISSM shareholders are faced with.Do they stick with it a bit longer or hang tough and see it through. To each there own but I suggest the latter.

Remember this is not Brian Harris's words or plan but is as I see it FWIW.

Good Luck and Good Trading.
