BNEZ is not the company for lawsuit.

agreed wisdom, the AOL suit is not the investment. but it stands in the way of our getting full reporting status, imho. in that sense it becomes important and worthy of discussion.

WISDOM.

what crawled up your BUTT and died.

bottom line is the reason we are non-reporting and don't release any financials IS BECAUSE OF THE AOL LAWSUIT.

Like it or not, it is very very relevant to the future of BNEZ, whether you like it or not.

and since your seem to know everything this might fine evening, tell me ONE important thing about BNEZ that hasn't been discussed on this thread.

you need to go drink paragoric, go to bed and come back tomorrow with a smaller chip on your shoulder, hopefully none at all, I have never seen your demeanor like this.

The lawsuit is the #1 reason for the stock price being what it is. It doesnt matter whether BNEZ wins or loses, what matters is getting it over with.
An insight I'd like to share is that I've come to realize that the AOL lawsuit is one of the reasons I can have faith in BNEZ despite no financial information to back it up. Why? Because suing AOL was done out of principle. Financially it was foolish, it has destroyed the stock price even worse than AOL ever did and made Jack & Mickey drastically poorer in the process. I doubt even winning the suit will not make it have been financially worth the effort considering the cost in investor confidence.
So this tells me that either Jack & Mickey are complete idiots or that they are not interested in hyping for a quick buck but prefer instead building a solid productive business long term. I believe the latter.
They seem to be doing a darn good job of it too.
