El Callao Some speculation on lack of progress. BGO set their eyes on Russia, while in Venezuella a dispute regarding mining rights was on. In the interim they got burned in Russia, Now they are gun shy and with less cash and resources, bank financing is harder to get. The political and mining laws got to be clearer in Venezuella. mining permitting got to be done than BGO will need to get the$$ needed to build a mine. Eventually it will be there. Though I do hope it is in my life time. Long time BGO ECM holder.
