How charming, a double posting just in case I might miss something so small. Who defines "person"? As recently as early in this century, the rights of women were not defined in the same terms as they were for men. As recently as the formation of this country as an independent nation, voting rights (speaking of defined) applied only to men of landed property and slaves were deemed a percentage of a person. You are very quick to point toward a Randian notion of universal individual rights. Why back off now? For your penance, try to stagger through The Peacock.
