>>>DENISE if in fact Yorkton has left the table, my only negative thought might be did someone drop the ball on the last placement. I would think unlikely given the current market interest in anything Internet, but you never know. . I would think with the amount of stock Yorktons placed they would be doing whatever they wanted on their own terms either way, stay or go . Or is it the director has left Yorkton. Without any data it is all pure speculation <<<

Dougie, Dougie. Let's get the facts straight. You say its all speculation. Have you read the prospectus lately. Here it is, been this way since November/98:

Board of Directors, BII:

Paul Godin, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, BII
Jeffrey Lymburner, President, Secretary Treasurer, BII
Christopher Bulger, Executive Vice-President, BII
Dr. Duncan Copeland, President, Copeland and Company
Michael Abramsky, President, Rogers New Media
Fred Singer, Senior Vice-President, AOL Studios
David Pamenter,Partner, Gowling, Strathy & Henderson, Barristers & Solicitors

Where's Yorkton? Dougie says "if in fact Yorkton has left the table, my only negative thought might be did someone drop the ball on the last placement".

Well Dougie, the board was changed when when the financing was put together. In other words, it was done at the same time. It was obviously a condition of the financing.

Dougie, it's all in the prospectus. Always has been. Dougie, you never did read the prospectus did you. What a joke. You, a foresnsic accountant - yeah, that's a joke!
