Dave, I agree with your assessment of the situation at EDS. I find the Xerox lawsuit especially troublesome. Companies will be very reluctant to sign a major contract with EDS if they presume they will be difficult to deal with. Also, lawsuits take an enormous effort from management. (I remember the preparation for the CA 50 billion dollar lawsuit. Luckily it never went to court.)

I just read in the EDS Connections that Richard Brown takes quick action and is results oriented. Perhaps he can pull off a miracle or two here and head off some real trouble. Xerox and GM are too important to EDS to let them go bad.
