I guess I should let him out. He did finally purchase those shares mentioned back in July of what year??? Woody was really sick but he did attend the Annual Meet for a short period of time.

I let Robert Putnam out sooner.

I hope the all the warrant holders got out now. There are the blood suckers.

I have read a lot of posts here but only a few understand what the company is all about and the its past history. The hole was deep put Fred is filling in that hole and is very close to being on level ground again.

The FY ends in March of this year and I hope no one is expecting anything but another lose for the quarter and year. 1Q ends in Jun99 and this could show increase revenues that we all expect, now will it be profitable??? Not trying to throw water on the fire, but trying to cool the heat down a little. Over expectations are just as harmful as no expectations. E.digital still needs a little more time getting out of the whole.

As to the question of reverse split. Yes, the company could do a reverse split sometime in the future, but only when it has shown a stream of profits in two to three consective quarters and to continue that trend. The company realizes that is the only way to keep the stock price from falling back to prior levels. Most reverse splits fail because the company(s) were not profitable to start with and done only to gain or regain enter back on the the larger stock exchanges.
Shorts come in and short the stock and when there are no earnings the stock price downs like a rock. Fred and company has worked too hard to focus the company on its area of expertise to have that happen.
Now this is all JMHO here.
