It does not. If it did a woman could have an abortion an hour before giving birth. The Supreme court drew a line using their human judgement; that line can at any time be revised. It is an expression of an emerging but hotly contested political consensus, not a manifestation of an absolute right.

BTW, For one of their rare times, may almost qualify for an atrocity citation on the grammar thread. I shall have to ask E to evaluate.

My Webster's says that both "judgement" and "judgment" are acceptable. So does the spell-check on my Word Perfect. I, personally, prefer "judgment." I think "judgement" is preferred in England.

One is free to use "judgments" or "judgmments" as one wishes. Judgments has one less letter e and its use stresses the environment about 10 per cent less, reducing entropy below ordinary levels.
