Hi Zora
The draw back to this spin off everybody needs to understand is that GM still owns the brand name of AC spark plug and other brand names
we all know.
By what i have heard in the plant, GM now can let low bidder use there
brand names because service parts organization owns the brand names
now, Delphi will have there own marketing and supply division when there contract expires with GMSPO in a couple of years.
Delco was part of Hughes until last year when GM made them part of
DElphi. Your Right the company is huge and has and awful lot going
for it.
