Right. Move the company to a country where they have no rights and no regulation. No health care or environmental concerns and it's still OK to shoot the workers if they ask for a raise or better working conditions. I heard a story about a union trying to organize a coca-cola plant in mexico. Coke hired some mercenaries to stop it and some protesting workers were shot. But the mexican officials knew who was buttering their bread. Too bad.
