Sound like another round of spam judging from the tone and content of the message you received.

To be certain, check with web sites of anti-virus firms. There you will find out which ones are real and which are false. There are huge amounts of FALSE ones out there.

When you get e-mails warning you of a virus, they usually are not serious and are intended to worry you needlessly.
