>E*TRADE's inherent incapacity to process its customer trades in a reasonably timely manner violates its contractual obligations, its regulatory requirements and its fiduciary obligations to its customers.

Money Made,

Yes! Yes! Yes! Right on target...dead center...bull's eye...

That's what needs to be fixed. Customers should NOT be expected to accept E*trade's "inherent incapacity", and should NOT be expected to go find back-up brokers.

I urge everyone not to get involved with these types of suits. The end result will be you will get about $40-$50 bucks while the lawyers will get 10's of millions.

These things are a crock!

I am long on EGRP and feel that the real "racket" lies with dinosaurs like Merrill Lynch, et. al. who have had the power and "prestige" to charge ridiculous fees for decades. Online trading has opened up trading to us, the masses in a way never before experienced. Of course there are glitches. They will be resolved. Lining lawyers pockets will not help EGRP better their service.

I do not honestly believe EGRP is trying to screw or ignore anybody. Their trading volumes have nearly doubled this month alone. As any good business, they obviously would not deny new customers walking in the door.

Andy

ALL,

Remember, the only one who wins in a class action is the ATTY. who files.

You will do better if you lost money to go directly to E-trade. They are very fair.
