David: I looked at the past trading and I still stand by what I said. Most of these penny stocks are shorted heavily by the MM's and when they are going to run up you always see the volume start to get heavier (like TLTG did this past week) and then a huge volume day where it starts to breakout. This is where the MM's are losing their shares and they start to let the price go becuase they can't hold it anymore. Then in the following days the stock usually sees a nice price gain, sometimes huge as there are no more sellers and only buying, and the float is gone. If the press release on Monday looks great about their new web portal this could run to 10 very fast. Would I be a buyer at 10? No. But I would try to get in somewhere in the 2-4 range and ride it to ten and then look to take some profit. BB stocks that close strong into friday almost always gap and run on Monday, especially when they have great news and a new website opening. This is an easy 2-4 bagger if you get in early enough.
