OK, I have got to question your judgement here. 20 days ago, and for 20 days before that, BII's price was in the $3 - $4 range. So, maybe, just maybe, they bought 2M shares and now they are just selling them over the past 20 days and making a good profit.

Or maybe they have exercised their warrants and have sold at a VERY good profit, considering they bought for $1.75.

Many possibilities, all speculation, doesn't prove anything Dougie's saying that's for sure.
