Re: "Does anyone know at what price the K7's will debut at, or exactly when
they will arrive?"

I believe that it will "debut" late fall '99 ... Seems that AMD is having
a "production problem" producing any parts at OR above 400mhz. My guess
is that it might arrive earlier, but at lower speeds (like 400mhz). If
this is the case, you could probably buy one for $115.99. BTW Greg, it sure
is nice to have a thread without all the "normal" AMD HYPE and all those
AMD "flamers".

The K7 will be launched on February 26.

It will debut at a price 25% below the Pentium III - also to be announced that same day.

You'll have your choice of "pretty friggin badass chip " to choose from.

Greg S.,

Re: "* Personal agendas, however noble you think they are. We don't care."

Greg, you might want to have a "little conversation" with DRBES ... Seems
like he is trying to "clog up" this thread. Please ask him to put his
"personal agenda" aside. TIA ... and ... BTW, I'm really enjoying this
"No Flaming" thread.
